صبأ خان

أنا أبحث عن شيء يعطي معنى للحياة. أستيقظ كل صباح، لكي أعرف الهدف من حياتي، وكل يوم جديد يفاجئني، بما يجب القيام به. لكنني أشعر بأنني غير مهم مقارنة بتلك اللوحة الضخمة التي من المفترض أن أرسمها. أنا غارق في تعقيدات الحياة والعلاقات.

يقول البعض أن الإنسان يدور حول المتعة، ولكن وفقًا لفيكتور ل. فرانكل (الطبيب النفسي الشهير الذي قدم العلاج بالشعار) فإن الإنسان يدور حول المعنى طوال حياتنا، بوعي أو بغير وعي نستمر في البحث عما يمنح الحياة قيمتها.

 هم أولئك الذين يعرفون ما يعيشون من أجله. يستيقظون كل يوم بحماس، مليئين بالحياة. وقد يتغير هذا المعنى مع كل مرحلة من مراحل الحياة. ولكن لا ينبغي للمرء أن يتخلى عن البحث. إذا كان البحث حيا فنحن أحياء.

I am in search of something, that gives meaning to life. I get up each morning, in order to get to know the purpose of my life and each new day surprises me, how much there is to be done. But I feel myself insignificant as compared to that vast canvas that I am supposed to paint. I am overwhelmed with the complexities of life and relationships.

Some say that man is all about pleasure, but according to Victor L. Frankl, (the famous psychiatrist who introduced logo therapy) man is all about meaning and all our life, consciously or subconsciously we keep on searching what gives life it’s value.

Lucky are those who know, what they live for. Each day they wake up with an enthusiasm, full of life. That meaning may change, with each phase of life. But one should not abandon the search. If the search is alive, we are alive.
